at 8275 S. Eastern Avenue and is easily accessible from all parts of the Las Vegas Valley. The office is on the second floor
of Viewpoint Executive Suites, a new, modern, luxury office building that is comfortable and inviting. The office staff is
courteous, friendly, and discreet, and complimentary coffee or tea is available.

Directions to the office:
From North/West Las
Vegas, take I-15 South to I-215 East. Exit I-215 at Windmill Lane. Turn left at Windmill, then right on Eastern. Viewpoint
Executive Suites is approximately 0.25 miles up the hill on the right side. Dr. Chambers' office is in the South Building
(8275) on the second floor.
From East Las Vegas/Henderson, take U.S. 95 to Lake Mead Drive. Head West on Lake Mead,
which turns into I-215. Exit at Eastern Avenue and turn right. The office is approximately 0.25 miles past Wigwam Ave. on
the left side.
